Week: 6.5 miles
Workout: Warmup from 63rd St & West Drive in Central Park - around lower loop to 72nd St Transverse - begin Indian Run to 102nd St. Transverse to West Drive - turn around and go back to 65th St.
This was the fastest I've run in two months. My calves, hamstrings, and hip are all paying for it now.
sure woulda been an easier workout if some old guy coming back from injury hadn't kept driving the pace...
