Week: 23.5 miles
Workout: 5 miles @9:00 a.m. with Niketown. Across Queensboro Bridge once. 5 miles at 1:30 p.m. on my own in Central Park.
After the Niketown workout, I still felt good. So I did some miles on my own. I'm still holding out hope that I may be able to run the NYC Marathon. But with only 9 weeks left and my heel still a little sore, I'm prepared to skip the marathon.
