Workout: NTNY - 85th; 8x 400m (from 85th to 90th); recover back to 85th
1:37, 1:43, 1:40, 1:38, 1:45, 1:42, 1:40, 1:38. I was supposed to be running these in 7:00 to 7:30/mile, but instead, most of these were done quicker than 7:00/mile.
