Today:

49 miles
Workout:
Two 6-mile loops of Central Park, and 1+ lower loop.
1 hour 47 minutes. (7:39/mile) Running with Farbod, Lou, and Rob made it easier. It seemed like everyone in the park today was doing a long run for marathon training.
